Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe is a British-Iranian National, who was arrested by the Iranian Government on April 3, 2016, on charges of plotting to overthrow the Iranian government.
The biennial Rajya Sabha elections will be held for 13 seats. The seats will be spread across six states including five Rajya Sabha seats in Punjab, three in Kerala, two in Assam and one each in Tripura, Nagaland and Himachal Pradesh.
