Hisashi Takeuchi (from Japan) has been appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Maruti Suzuki for three years with effect from April 1.
The initiative has been launched in collaboration with NIMHANS, a world-renowned centre for mental health, neurosciences and allied fields, based in Bengaluru.
On the occasion of its 68th anniversary, the Sahitya Akademi, India's National Academy of Letters, published a book-length poem titled 'Monsoon', written by Indian poet-diplomat Abhay Kumar.
