World Hand Hygiene Day (WHHD) is being celebrated across the globe on the 5th of May to maintain global promotion, visibility, and sustainability of hand hygiene in health care.
The Ministry of Culture, India entered the Guinness Book of World Records by waving 78,220 flags simultaneously at the 'Veer Kunwar Singh Vijayotsav' event in Bhojpur, Bihar.
