In a report published by Sweden-based think-tank Stockholm International Peace Research Institute titled "Trends in World Military Expenditure Report 2021", India's military expenditure is the third highest in the world after the US and China.
The World Economic Forum (WEF) ranked India 54th position (down from 46th in 2019) with a score of 4.1 in its Travel and Tourism Development Index 2021.
